isabelle Li, Intern

Isabelle loves all things relational. She believes that healing and growth begin in the contexts where people feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected. She works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, approaching each person with warmth and curiosity. She is committed to thoughtfully tailoring evidence-based perspectives with attention to a client's cultural background. At the heart of her approach is the belief that therapy should be both meaningful and useful, creating a space for clients to understand themselves better. Her professional areas of interest include attachment, Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

She received her B.A.S. in Psychology, with a concentration in interpersonal dynamics and child development and a minor in Communication. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis.
