Whether you’re seeking deeper intimacy, feeling stuck in repetitive patterns, or healing after emotional injuries, this Hold Me Tight experience offers powerful, research-backed guidance to help you reconnect, repair, and renew your bond.

What to Expect

  • 75-minute weekly sessions via Zoom

  • Guided conversations between you and your partner—group sharing not required

  • Between-session assignments (approx. 30 min/week)

  • Access to secure breakout rooms for private conversations with your partner

  • No need to be in the same physical location—long-distance couples welcome!

Built on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dr. Sue Johnson’s Hold Me Tight framework, this 8-week workshop guides couples through transformative conversations that foster secure connection.

We guide you through:

Pricing & Registration

$700 per couple (split into two payments):

$350 at registration

$350 due May 27

Payments are non-refundable once charged. Cancelling before May 27 avoids 2nd charge.


Who Are the Facilitators?

Jim Wallace, MA, ThM, STM AND Sarah Howell, MSW, LMSW and are passionate EFT Couples therapists. Together, they bring a warm and grounded presence to each session, blending evidence-based practice with real-life wisdom.

No. All core conversations are private between you and your partner.

We’re not in crisis. Will this still help?
Yes! Many couples join to proactively invest in their connection.

We’re in different locations—can we still participate?
Yes! The Zoom format is flexible and ideal for long-distance couples.

What if we miss a session?
We encourage live attendance, but we’ll provide summaries and guidance if you need to catch up.

Can we talk to someone before registering?
Yes. After registration, you’ll schedule a brief welcome call with a facilitator.


Spots are limited to ensure an intimate and focused experience.
