Shauna works primarily with women and mothers who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin by their many roles. Many have identified as the "strong one" and struggle with people-pleasing, anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, parenting, family dynamics, or a sense that they're never doing enough. Shauna values each person's dignity and worth, inviting clients to explore their stories with curiosity and compassion. By balancing warmth and thoughtful challenge, she helps clients understand patterns shaping their lives so they can make more empowered choices. Her trauma-informed approach blends IFS and DBT, using Family Systems and Attachment as primary lenses.
